1. Order Processing:
Orders are typically dispatched the next business day from the date of purchase. Our team works diligently to ensure your products are carefully packed and ready for shipment.
2. Delivery Times:
Metro Victoria:
Shipping typically takes 1-2 business days from the order date, considering product is available.
Regional Victoria:
Shipping times for regional areas within Victoria are generally 2-3 business days from the order date, subject to product availability.
Interstate Metro:
For customers outside of Victoria in metropolitan areas, shipping times are estimated to be 4-6 business days.
Interstate Regional:
Shipping to regional areas outside of Victoria may take up to 2 weeks. Please allow for additional time, considering product availability and regional logistics.
3. Shipping Partners:
Reformly Pilates collaborates with trusted shipping partners to ensure the timely and secure delivery of your orders. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
4. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the weight/dimensions of the items in your order. Some products may include shipping. If not specified in the product description or advertising material, contact our support team to confirm.
5. Order Tracking:
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package or provide delivery instructions if needed.
6. Shipping Restrictions:
At this time, Reformly only ships within Australia. We do not offer international shipping.
7. Shipping Method:
We currently provide courier drop-off services to your door or garage. Please note that we may not offer valet shipping services at this stage, dependant on your location. Contact our team to find out more about your specific location.
8. Delays and Exceptions:
While we make every effort to meet the specified delivery times, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Reformly is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.
9. Order Changes:
Once an order is placed, changes to the shipping address or product selection may not be possible. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase. Once dispatched, it is recommended to contact the shipping provider directly with any questions or concerns.
