Reformly - Return Policy

Return Period:

1.1 Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Condition of Goods:

2.1 Returned items must be in impeccable, showroom condition.

2.2 Items must remain unopened, with the original plastic wrap intact.

Customer Responsibility for Return:

3.1 Customers are responsible for the cost associated with returning items.

Restocking Fee:

4.1 A nominal 10% restocking fee will be applied to all purchases.

Return Authorisation:

5.1 Prior to initiating a return, please contact our customer service team at team@reformly.com.au.

5.2 Provide your order number and a description of the reason for return.

5.3 Await approval from our team to return goods. Goods sent without authorisation may not be tracked and without relevant paperwork prepared, a refund or credit may not be issued.

 

Warranty Information:

1.1 Our Pilates reformers come with a 2 year limited warranty to safeguard your investment. Please review the warranty details below:

  • 2 Years Warranty: Structure of the Reformer.
  • 1 Year Warranty: Ropes, Straps, Springs, Foot Bar, Jump Board, Box, Headrest, Shoulder Rests, Rollers.
  • 6 Months Warranty: Leather (from fading and discolouring only, no rips, tears, scratches, blemishes), Risers.

Warranty Coverage:

2.1 The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under standard use.

Warranty Exclusions:

3.1 Exclusions to the warranty include damage resulting from improper use, accidents, unauthorised repairs, or other factors unrelated to material or workmanship defects.

Initiating a Warranty Claim:

4.1 To initiate a warranty claim, kindly contact our customer service team at team@reformly.com.au, providing your order number and comprehensive details of the concern, accompanied by clear photographic evidence.

Resolution of Warranty Claims:

5.1 Our dedicated team will thoroughly review the submitted information and ascertain the most appropriate course of action, which may involve repair, replacement, or refund.

Non-Warranty Repairs:

6.1 For issues falling outside the warranty coverage, we provide repair services. For further details, please liaise with our customer service team.

Refund Process:

7.1 Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, with funds returned to the original payment method.
