Reformly - Return Policy

  1. Return Period:

    • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Condition of Goods:

    • Returned items must be in impeccable, showroom condition.
    • Items must remain unopened, with the original plastic wrap intact.
  3. Customer Responsibility for Return:

    • Customers are responsible for the cost associated with returning items.
  4. Restocking Fee:

    • A nominal 30% restocking and cancellation fee will be applied to returns and refunds on all purchases.
  5. Return Authorisation:

    • Prior to initiating a return, please contact our customer service team at team@reformly.com.au. Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for return.
  6. Warranty Information:

    • Our Pilates reformers come with a limited warranty to safeguard your investment. Please review the warranty details below:

    • 1 Year Warranty: Ropes, Straps, Springs, Foot Bar, Jump Board, Box, Headrest, Shoulder Rests, Rollers.

    • 2 Years Warranty: Structure of the Reformer.

    • 6 Months Warranty: Leather (from fading and discolouring only, no rips, tears, scratches, blemishes), Risers.

  7. Warranty Coverage:

    • The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under standard use.
  8. Warranty Exclusions:

    • Exclusions to the warranty include damage resulting from improper use, accidents, unauthorised repairs, or other factors unrelated to material or workmanship defects.
  9. Initiating a Warranty Claim:

    • To initiate a warranty claim, kindly contact our customer service team at team@reformly.com.au, providing your order number and comprehensive details of the concern, accompanied by clear photographic evidence.
  10. Resolution of Warranty Claims:

    • Our dedicated team will thoroughly review the submitted information and ascertain the most appropriate course of action, which may involve repair, replacement, or refund.
  11. Non-Warranty Repairs:

    • For issues falling outside the warranty coverage, we provide repair services. For further details, please liaise with our customer service team.
  12. Refund Process:

    • Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, with funds returned to the original payment method.
  13. Deposit:
    • Deposits may be made to secure a discounted price on a reformer. The minimum deposit is $500. Any deposits made are non-refundable unless defined within the product description. Deposits may be made to secure a product price for up to 6 months. You may redeem future sale prices and discounts on a reformer within the 6-month period if a deposit was made. If the balance is not paid within the 6 month period, the deposit will be forfeited.
